Hey, I'm starting a new game with the Romulans and I don't want to make the same mistake I've made with my FED and KLING characters and assign their skills blind without any plan.
I prefer playing PvE, I'm not familiar with Romulan ships that will be available to me so I could use some help with that as well.
Are there any skill calculators out there for the Romulans and for what ship do you recommend I start building for (I'm a free to play user without the means to buy ships so have that in mind)
