Fed Aligned Romulan Can't Wear Fleet Odyssey Uniform?

My fleet uses the Odyssey Fleet uniform as their primary costume. My Fed-Aligned Romulan was able to go to my Fleet Starbase and purchase the Odyssey Basic Uniform from the Starbase Tailor, but when I went to put it on, it's not there.

If this is a bug, I hope it's resolved soon. If it's working-as-intended, that Roms (even Fed-aligned ones) aren't meant to wear Ody unis, then it should be blocked from purchase (and I want a refund). I'm hoping it's just the former, and opened bug ID #1,719,537.

seeing as the oddy uniforms are starfleet uniforms it makes sense republic officers can not ware it

i am sure there will be a romulan variant available SOON(tm)

I read in another thread that the robes *can* be worn in an off-duty outfit slot. Has anyone tried loading an ally fleet uniform into your off-duty slot? That probably won't work but it is worth a try...
