Is there any vendor or resource to purchase Provisions for the Klingon faction besides the replicator? I haven't seen it in the Wiki for the game or any forum posts. I've also explored on my own for different items, but never found Provisions.

At Regulus Sector, there's wandering NPC freighters. Chat one up and "acquire" its stock of Provisions at a lower price than anywhere else.

That's what I do, we really need some of those in Omega Leonis.

I use the Trading ship in Sirius (Raiding Party) because I know where one will be 100% of the time.

We need some freighters in Klingon space surely the empire isn't all BoPs. We must have some freighters.
I was once DKnight1000, apparently I had taken my own name so now I'm DKnight0001.
If I ask you a question it is not an insult but a genuine attempt to understand why.
When I insult you I won't be discreet about it, I will be precise and to the point stupid.

Also, do DoFF duty and talk with your fleet - I donated half of my provision to the fleet bank because I only think 250 of them is enough.

are we talking about Commodities or Provisions?

I'm pretty sure that the OP was talking about the commodity called "provisions".
