Facility 4028 - Gamma Jem'Hadar New Uniforms?

Pardon my ignorance, I haven't played Facility 4028 in quite awhile, but last time I played, I don't remember the Jem'Hadar that fight at your side to protect the Founder and Eraun, having these different outfits on... they look bulkier and clumsier imo...

Is this a hint of upcoming content for the Dominion? Or was it just there to differentiate the Jem'Hadar fighting with you, versus the Kurakan's Jem'hadar?
