Broken Tac ground traits

So it looks like most of the new ground traits that were introduced with Lor are somewhat broken.
For example the tac ones:
The Situational awareness trait seems to be completly off now and I cannot get exposes when I throw grenades.
The Ground trait Strike Team Specialist is half broken. It will not work with Melee abilities. Is that considered right? I wonder the Trait states "on attack" but when I do any Melee attack be it sword slash or Leg Sweep, I wont get the buff. But I will get it with normal Ranged weapons.
Can we please get a fix for this since my main ground tac is a melee char.
