Skills invalid AGAIN!

Hey,

I just hit VA with my liberated romulan. Looks like the skill distribution bug has hit me again - no can do - no can play! So be it then. Might be time to head on play some other games that actually work as intended.

    I got it once after a promotion (before talking to the guy at New Romulus) while applying points and cancelled it and went to talk to the guy about my promotion and it fixed itself.
