Hey, just wanted to say thanks for being on the ball regarding the unable to authenticate error Brandon and letting us know the status. We may rant a lot but we do recognize good customer service too.

    You are welcome. It's not your fault. Unless you accidentally tripped over the power-cable, but I doubt that. :D
