Lifetime Membership issues/ Sub showing 0 days (Resolved!)

Up until a few moments ago I was playing STO and then I attempted to change characters only to be kicked off and then told Unable to Authenticate, when I checked my account here on the site it said I no longer had a subscription, but I recently BOUGHT the Lifetime subscription

    Been a lifetime member since day one - same thing happened to me. Send a email but - lets see jhow long it takes to get back online.....

    The account server was down for a brief moment. This should now be resolved.

    Edit: If you sign out and back in, you should see your subbed days again -- if not, give it just a few :) this is just a side-effect of it coming back up. Your info is not lost :)

    So, I read a few threads, all saying it was fixed.

    Mine is not. I can't log in to any Cryptic game, and all my games show me as being inactive under subscriptions with zero days.

    I have over 1000 day in both Champions and Star Trek, I am LTS in both of those games. I am also a Hero of the North in Neverwinter.

    Can't seem to play any Cryptic game right now...so, what do I need to do?

    im having the same issue as well and i cant seem to get into my subcripston management ether it says it will send the email over but never does yet my email is still all the same and stuff :confused:

    I think I got hit with the same problem, and everything is gone I'm freaking the F' out right now that was years of work I hope to the Prophets that is only a temporary problem :eek:
