Do I need to get access into fleet store to purchase fleet ship?

My fleet needs 250k FC in order to buy from provisioned fleet store, I don't think I can farm fleet marks for that long nor to spend $20 USD worth of dilis just for the rank, because I need to spend another $20 on the modules and 20k FC for the fleet ship.

So, do I need to have the privilege to access fleet store in order to buy fleet ships?

    Yes, although that "privelidge" is set by the Fleet Leader. If he's stated that you need to have earned 250k Fleet Credits before you can buy from the fleet's provisioned stores, then that's his perogative as the Fleet Leader.

    However, once you have permission, you can buy them from any ship requisition point.

    well, that sucked. looks like I have to spend the time and the money to get that 250k FC.

    Do fleet actions like Starbase Defence and Fleet Alert. Fleet Marks are a pretty good way of making FC's.

    Also, what your fleet leader is doing isn't unfair. Most fleets - I believe - have some sort of bar to prevent people coming in, using up their fleet provisions and leaving without contributing.

    Ive got 30k fleet marks via buying stuff for fleet missions, i dont like ground missions but seems that is all the PvE section is full of unless you want omega marks. Think there is one or two fleet selection missions i do but i need to sort out rom and nak marks before fleet (i personally feel) plus the amount you get isnt much so takes a while.
