Workaround for one of the mail bugs!

Forgive me if this was said already.
One of the annoying bugs for me with mail was that I couldn't detach bridge officers from mail. So I couldn't pass them around to other characters, or retrieve them at all.
I noticed that my Romulan character COULD do that though.
So I realized the difference. My other characters have maxed out their Bridge Officer Candidate list! I went to my main Fed, who has a maximum number of candidates already (plus several more in inventory), and dismissed two of the candidates (from that list on the right hand side of the Stations tab of character sheet).
When I did that, I went to one of my mails that had two BOffs attached, and was finally able to retrieve them. It wants to put them directly into the candidate list, not into inventory. So clear up some space there and you can retrieve BOffs from the mail!

there really is no reason to keep common boffs tho..
the rare ones are ones with BO3, TSS3, TS3..
any female orion with superior seduce usually sells for a lot in the exchange.
and ones with the efficient space trait.
