Flotilla Ground weapons-more than just Common?

All the Flotilla Plasma ground weapons are really cool and interesting(The maintain rifle and the charge up shotgun makes me think of Contra/Probotector). Are there more than just the commons? Have versions of these been showing up for people?

    They are also in the Dilithium store. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any in the New Romulus reputation store, so I don't think there are any mk XIIs . . . yet.
