Live folder = Playtest folder?

Hi guys, I decided to turn off 'on-demand patching' and download everything due to the recent server slowdown and then patched almost 5 Gb for Holodeck. I have turned it back on again, but I was wondering if copying the files from the Live folder to the Playtest folder would work considering that I only patched Holodeck and not Tribble.
