PVE queues kicking in 5 seconds

Non cross faction pve queues are almost unplayable.
They got a 90% of kicking you out of the map in 5 seconds instead of putting you int he team.
Anybody knows if this is going to be fixed?

Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.
