Looking for advice on Ha'nom sci build

This is what i'll be aiming for using this ship. I'd appreciate any suggestions as im new to science characters.

    On the Commander Sci, swap around the HE and PH. For the Lt. Comm Sci, I'd go Transfer Shield Strength 2 over Sci Team. PSW is only handy against Tholians in PvE, I'd drop it for Tykens Rift 1 (particularly if you're Crystalline Catastrophe for Marks) or Gravity Well 1.

    For DOffs, you'll want Conn Officers with cooldown to Tac Team since you only have one copy of Tac Team. Also three DOffs with the chance to reduce Emergency Power abilities (Damage Control Engineers?) which will improve your survivability by a fair bit.
