Location of Parada IV

Could anyone tell me where Parada IV is located or do you just have to fly around to get the doff assignment? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you...

    at a quick glance, the paradan system is located in the gamma quadrant a little over an hour from the wormhole at warp 5.

    Been around since Dec 2010 on STO and bought LTS in Apr 2013 for STO.
