Fleet Reinforcements

The Fleet Reinforcements that you buy for fleet credits from your fleet embassy or starbase (e.g. "Fleet Mogai Escort Reinforcements") -- do they only work during fleet actions that reward FLEET MARKS?

I tried using them in "Klingon Scout Force" and "Gorn Minefield", but they didn't work.

    Yes. They work during Starbase Defense and the FFA/KFA mini-SBD. They may work during some other missions that reward fleet marks, but it can't be too many.

    They're ridiculously awesome for Starbase Defense, though. The Scimitar Reinforcement can one-shot a Siege Dreadnought.
