Banned - LOR Starter/Legacy Pack

I ordered the LOR Starter Pack a few weeks ago. When LOR went live I started some Romulan characters and tried to retrieve my Starter Pack which I had already paid for. It was not showing up in the C-Store for me to claim. I sent in several tickets to get this addressed. I tried their methods from the forum posts on how to…
