Character-specific Log in problems

I've got several tunes, but one that get far more use than the others. I haven't been able to log in with that character for a day or two. I select that character, get a loading screen which goes up to about 94, and then I get "server not responding". Any ideas what's causing the issue? Thanks in advance...

    It's a "known issue", and the relevant dev-team are "working on it".
