ROM/KDF Uniform not available

After I have chosen to ally with the KDF, I've got the mission reward displayed (uniform + weapons). I went to the tailor to check it out, but I don't have the option for my character nor for my BOFFs. I tried all possible tailors for me without success.

On tribble I sided with the FED and i got the uniform option at the tailor right away.

Does someone else have this problem? Is there a solution for it?

    I also sided with the KDF. I have not tried to change my uniform yet. Trying going to Qo'nos and see if its there. (you can transwarp)
