Cancellable projects.what happens to added resources???

From what I have read,after this patch,projects can be cancelled if wished.
What happens to any resources that were added to that project?
Do we lose them altogether,or is there some kind of refund?

    They disapeer, no refund.

    Gone.

    The cancel project is really there for if you make a mistake and select the wrong project. not so much about changing your mind after part filling.
