foundry bug?

i dont know if this is a bug report or not because i dont know if the access to the foundry has been changed or not.. im a free player and i went to go to the foundry and work on some missions and my 'create content' button was grayed out and unclickable.. did i miss some news about the foundry being moved or something? i was on vacation for a week.

It's disabled currently with the Legacy of Romulus release. Once cryptic is sure everything is OK they'll re-enable it
