C-Store Uniforms not account wide in case of Romulan Characters?

I have purchased several uniforms from the C-Store. All of my federation toons can wear them as they are account wide unlocks, however my Romulan cannot wear them. I was under the impression that once we chose an ally we would be able to use all of our uniform options? Am I mistaken?

    Similar to the OP's issue, my Alien-race BOffs are unable to wear Romulan uniforms (specifically, the Z-store uniforms). Maybe this should be filed as a bug?

    Once you have chosen an ally, yes. If it doesn't show up then it might be a bug.
