I think the galaxy X should get a battle cloak that would be great but would like to see a better ships out there with enhanced battle cloak that would be great or I have an Idea have a transphasic cloak or holo ship cloaking devices that would change the game but it would be nice to see just Ideas that I am putting out there

It would make more sense if some Klingon ships got the Battle Cloak first, like the Bird of Prey and Raider class ships.
