missing Fireworks

Hey Guys n Galls, after getting the legacy pack i also decided to go LTS as i'm really enjoying the game, i got the firework emote on my fed toon on the first try so i hopped onto my KDF toon and found no fireworks to collect in the barracks, i have since made a Reman/KDf toon and made his way to the barracks and guess what, yup still unable to get the firework emote.after trying some of the ideas on the forum of jumping instances and logging still no joy, can anyone give me a hint as to any other ideas about this bug please :mad:

I have a similar, though more severe issue.

I've been a lifer for a while (last sale, so... 6ish months) and none of my rewards are active except on my level 50 Fed. So for now I'm waiting for a reply from customer support before continuing with Romulan and Klingon characters.

the firework emote for the roms is in the command center in the first room when u come out of transporter area,,, there is a mailbox among some other thing... just walk up to the consoles that have interact symbols u will find the right one. the console on the far left wall as you enter the main area of the barracks on qo'nos is the one for kdf toons. good hunting hope this helps
