No Idea Where to Post this to get some sort of response

My main Fed toon, Grant_OS, a fed tac is unplayable for the last 48 hours. All other toons work. Grant_OS gets stuck in a server not responding indefinitely.

Can we get some sort of response for this? Am I the only one who's main character with the most hours is stuck in never never land?

I've got a mission doomsday device that im experiencing the same issue with. I just cant hail starfleet to turn it in. and ive tried it twice. At the very least I wish they could turn it in for me and reward me as Im tired of playing that mission.
