Ive been to the shipyard and seen some basic warp cores in there
I went to the dil store and saw some MKX rare ones in there
now my question is are they any higher then MKX rare of so where do you get them
also there are so many different types on there i was looking at ones that boost my shileds and allows it to go past the 125 mark and also provides 7.5% to weapons for my ody
to increase my aux power by 13 with a rare mk 10 from the dilithium store.
What was your Aux before? Mine's currently at 40 (will be 39 when I swap the Efficient BOFF with a Subterfuge BOFF in a few weeks). I was planning on getting the one that gives +5 (if your Aux is low) power, +5 cap, and W->A. Theoretically, I should get approximately 14 or 15. But, with Warp Core Efficiency, I'm thinking it will be slightly less?

You get much better results if your aux is below 50, think mine was at 45. When I play around with it I can get my aux up to 101 without a romulan boff, but I have to drop my engines and shield down to 15, putting them in the 40 range.
The OP was asking about a warp core that raises the cap of shields and gives 7.5% to weapons. Those exist and can be bought from the dilithium store.
Just not in MK XI or XII.
And the person I was actually talking to was discussing the hypothetical popularity of cores that raised the power cap on weapons to 130. Which do you think is more relevant in that context?
That's intentional for the time being. We felt that offering a +Max Weapon Power base warp core would make the types a non-choice - everyone would choose and slot that, and the other three types would be ignored. However, Shields, Aux, and Engines all felt like they could be viable choices for particular builds or particular situations.
ok sounds fair but do we know where you can get the XI and XII ones from yes there on the exchange but for stupid money 30mil +
so there must be somewhere you can get them in game maybe with Dilitium or something else maybe even lobi crystals maybe
if anyone see's where you can get these if you can let me know please i will keep looking out for them and if i can find them i will post here aswell
They are currently random drops only I'm afraid. There are no warp cores for sale anywhere else (there is at least one green warp core you can get from a Nimbus mission chain though). The dilithium warp cores are the best ones available currently outside of an lucky drop.

Prices are going to plummet once more and more people can actively get in-game. Remember, the loot tables containing XI and XII cores have only been active about 24 hours, and a great deal of that time has been compromised by server outages/downtime/issues.
You'll get your fancy cores once things stabilize with the servers.

As far as I'm aware, none of the dilith store cores boost weapon power.
yea there is several in the Dilitium store but they only go to MK X rare are but i cant seem to find any MK XI or XII ones anywhere
If you look on the Dilithium store and go to the bottom warp cores those ones give a bonus to weapons aswell
unless i am reading it wrong
If they have a core that increases the weapons power cap, it is going to pretty popular.
The exchange has some vr ones listed that have a special ability.
I was able to increase my aux power by 13 with a rare mk 10 from the dilithium store.
There just aren't enough at the moment.

Considering the servers haven't effectively been up yet, that's not a surprise
There are no cores that boost max weapon power.

Correct. It will give extra power to Weapons, but doesn't increase the Weapons power cap. They are available.
But to date, there aren't any cores that actually increase the Weapons power cap.
I don't care how long you've been playing. I only care about how you play.
And remember to follow the rules.

Because Dev's explicitly chose not to create them knowing they would be the overwhelming favorite.
That would be a reasonable assumption, IMPO.

It's not an assumption. During the discussions surrounding the introduction of the warp core slot the dev who took the lead on cores said as much.
I'll try and see if I can dig up a quote...
Ah, thanks for the info. I thought as much but lacked the proper reference.

cheers for all the info will go around killing lots of things and see what i can find
Look at posts 2 and 3 in this thread.
You quoted me and you misunderstood the context by not thoroughly understanding the original post and my reply. I thought you were doing it again.
According to the DOFF section of the forums the answer is yes. I haven't seen the assignment myself yet.
Edit: Just found the DOFF mission myself, so it does indeed exist.
