Exchange on Flotilla

I seem to remember the exchange being on the flotilla in the beta.. Perhaps I'm mistaken. Just in case this is a bug, I'm reporting it. The exchange does not have a console on the flotilla. Only the bank and mail, also mails are not deleting for some reason.

Aside from minor glitches so far, lovin the new content.. Feels like a new game.

    The exchange is there. It's one of the consoles with a holodisplay near D'Tan in the Flotilla.

    It shows up once you reach level 10

    This is to stop you buying stuff Before choosing a faction
    but it does mean you can't get your hands on useful levelling equipment (like a torpedo boost console)

    its not like you can do 1-10 in less than 2 hours lol

    But I like to leave my levelling ships fully armed and speced in the shipyard
    Actually my new one "Battlewing" will be with me for MANY levels to come
    its the T'varo and those things are ultra cool
