Missing Character?

Ive been playing LOR for several hours and decided to switch to my main char so I could put some money in the account bank for my romulan. Once I hit the character select screen I noticed my main char that i first created and have played on for several years is missing. You can see the char in my fleet list but I cannot see or access it from the selection screen.... As you can imagine this is very troubling for me! Anyone else having this issue?

    Dang I was hoping someone would post something by now that would at least make sense an make me feel better while I wait till the end of the century for PWE support to answer the ticket :(

    Wow i can not believe this i'm not sure how they can lose a char like that. I'm sorry you are going through this. I hope its not a sign of what to expect for me and other players when we spend 1000's of dollars and a few years building ours up.
