Anyone know when this unlocks or how to equip in the tailor ?

    Its under head type on the head customization screen, first drop down i believe.

    So here's a question...why can't a Reman wear the Romulan helmet? I know they can wear a hood, but why not a helmet?

    They probably didn't model it to fit the Reman head-type. After all, it's meant for classic ToS Romulans.

    It also is not usable on females, unless I'm completely blind.
