Cancelling upgrading projects

Not sure if this is a bug or not. I have the option to cancel my regular reputation projects, but it looks like my upgrade projects don't have the same option. The reason why this would be a problem is because I approved a project to exchange the level-less compressed cryo launcher and now have no idea where to get one. Until it's fixed I've essentially locked myself out of the nakura rep progression. Help of any form would be greatly appreciated.
