Veterian rewards status

Hi I am having problems with some parts of the game where it tells you about the ... amount of days of your veterian reward for continued playing and being active. well I dont know why but mine is for some reason seems to be stuck at only 700 day and i have been playing now for a few years off and on but anyone have any ideas on what to do besides bother the technical support about it?

    It only counts the time when you are actually subbed, for Vet Reward time. F2P does not count towards it at all. If you think you have been subbed for more than those days, submit a ticket and ask them to review your Vet Days. I hope that this helps!!
