General disapointment.

I have to say that I am very unhappy with the launch of LoR. You guys had MONTHS to prepare and yet you have Major issues ranging from Launch and Patch issues to Gold member perk failures to Log in issues.
And now after all that, it turns out,that even though you spent all this time talking about bringing players BACK to STO,you dont have anywhere near the server capacity to handle you fan base.Even though the Queues were an issue in Beta.
After spending 3 hours trying to patch up,and another 3 hours trying to get logged in,I am now at the end of a 3000+ QUEUE and will have to wait another 2-3 hours to play?
*correction* I am still at 3155 but the queue is now almost 10,000 players.
