Sure is a good thing that no one gives Cryptic/PW money for premium items in the game. They might start feeling they owe us better service or something.

I still maintain there's some punk in their ranks who doesn't like his job and sabotages each of the patches and mucks up shard maintenance.

Hell, be thankful you weren't an Eve player the time one of their patches crippled a few thousand players' operating systems. Patch day isn't a smooth affair in most games.
