All of you say that its a lag fest if you get on, well then, once i got past the unknown reason error, i created my romulan character, and then i waited about 10 minutes for the
6k que to deflate for some unknown reason and then i get in, and then i complete the tutorial.
and eventually i logged off because i didn't want to do anything and then have the server go down and then i have to do it again, and it wasn't laggy, i encountered NO problems whatsoever with the exception of the worst UI ''feature'' i have ever seen: The inability to reduce the width of the inventory or character status thing without reducing the size of EVERYTHING, which is problematic for me considering that i have to have it on default or else my brain will start complaining saying ''It's too small!'' for some reason.
What? There is an influx of noobs that weren't hip enough to see everything in beta before release day and now are swarming in all at the same time on launch day?
You act like you've never been thru an expansion release before...
Here, let me refund you the money for this free to play game... There, every thing is all better.
You know... You can always tell a Caspian Rising member because of the snark...
"Whereas most other Captains tend to run from the Borg, screaming like frightened little schoolgirls; I tend to run at the Borg because I know that while their ships may be bigger, the guns on the Seraphim fire faster."
Vice Admiral Tamamora Sadase, Commanding U.S.S. Seraphim, Defiant Class Retrofit Escort
Fleet Commander - Caspian Rising
Perhaps we should all ask for a refund....not that we would get it, but i know better than to spend money next time if there is onel
Why are you whining? if you can afford the legacy pack then you can afford a little patience while the cryptic team works on the problems.
With a large expansion like this you can expect emergency downtime it happens either grow up and be patient like everyone else or leave the game....you wont be missed.

Oh, he's probably complaining about not being able to log on. Big shocker that things are a little fragile on launch day.
Posts all over people crying about not being able to log in. Give it a week and things will be better. Everyone and their mother is logging in and trying to patch and play. Even if you could get logged in, servers are probably a lag fest.
Be patient, people.
Other games run perfectly on patch days, and expansion releases. Just look at World of ********. Runs perfectly smooth on release date. Only reason this didn't is because they're too cheap to purchase better tech to run the game more smoothly. Not to mention they haven't fixed a single bug since launch.
Yes. A refund is absolutely in order. Some sort of gesture that says "Hey we care about you, even if we don't show it because all of these problems were present during the Open Beta just a few short weeks ago and were reported and posted about, but we had other stuff to do."

We must not have played the same Warcrack. I recall bugs galore, servers having to drop out randomly, graphical glitches that verged on the hilarious, and lag. Lots of lag. Oh, yes, and login queues. (Oddly, none of those were why I stopped playing - it was the attitudes of the other players, particularly how none of them were willing to assist a newbie under any circumstances.)

Beta.
Lifer since Closed Beta, never looked back.
Were you there when the Borg invaded the Alpha Quadrant and we all had an End-of-the-Universe party on Risa?
