your game is not working

yes I got the game installed , and it tried to retrieve character list but your game fails big time , it does not retrieve list of my characters and it says login failed for unknown reason:mad::mad::mad:

    I too seem to be stuck at the Retrieving List of Characters screen.

    Shut the launcher back down and relaunched....still waiting.

    On the plus side, it only took about 20 minutes to update (probably because it prepatched this weekend when I logged out).

    OF COURSE IT'S NOT WORKING! It's expansion launch day.
    Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

    im having the same problem was in game and got droped now cant get to character page
