No Extra character slot?

I thought in one of the devblogs it said that we would be getting an extra captain slot for a new romulan character?

I am a LTS and dont seem to have this extra slot! I already bought 2 extra slots some time ago.

Any help appreciated!:confused:

    You may want to take a better look at the large announcement in green and yellow letters, just above your thread. ;)

    That's odd... I'm a free player, and I already made my Romulan yesterday. :S
