The character creation, I was destroyed several times.
Loved this game is much I have 4 LT accounts and one F2P.
I have two Fleets that I run and a third on the way.
I remember that The people, I dragged into this game are no longer playing.
But I love PVE and exploration of computer generated worlds.
I am amateur astronomer and a vivid Star Trek Fan (Gene Roddenberry).
When I first went in Sector Space my mind was attack by ribbons of color. I really could not stand it. The first thing I complain about during open beta.
I remember when you enter your userid and password it would take you to the game.
I never cared for cosmetic junk.
But talking to my DOFFs is better than talking to myself.
I just check, I am a 1000 day player yet it does not seem that long.
Why it was only last year that I finally became Vice admiral x 4 and BG x 4
At my age, I hope my memory holds out so I can remember where I parked my ships.

Did they remove that? I still avoid enemies with my lower level characters in sector space.
Same here. I do it out of instinct even though I'm pretty sure they don't engage anymore. Something about those giant borg cubes makes them seem pretty menacing, not sure what though
I loved those sector space ambushes. I wish they'd come back - only instead of always just being combat they could be random mini-missions. "Captain! We've been pulled out of warp by what appears to be Abraham Lincoln sitting on a throne..."
I would love a little bit more of this as well. The Red Alerts are one of my favorite parts of the game, because all of the sudden they got that blinking thing up there, and you have to go out and save such and such. It is great for immersion. As far as forced missions, I could see this getting old fast. However, having more variety to random event type missions would be so awesome.
