Romulan Reputation suggestions

1) Why does Azure Nebula Rescue reward both Romulan and Fleet Marks? I want to earn more of the former and none of the latter. I'm in one of the large fleets, so there are more Fleet Marks available per member such that we're in great excess. Not to mention that there are no "Elite" versions of the Romulan repeatables (eg. STF v ESTF), so the innate rate at which Romulan marks can be acquired is lower.

2) Romulan faction characters, if they have a New Romulus reputation, should have some kind of bonus or accelerated rate at which they increase reputation. Why deny Romulans access to their own gear?
Forget the possibility of PvP, for so much has become pay-to-win, never to be balanced. Forget the promise of exploration and research, for in the grim dark future of Star Trek Online there is only war. There is no peace amongst the stars, only an eternity of carnage and slaughter, and the laughter of thirsting publishers.

    Want Romulan Marks? Farm Epohhs. You get more Romulan Marks and don't have to endure any AFKers or people who purposely try to ruin the events.
