Any plans of making romulan disruptors for romulan ships. Like you have for the characters in the mission reward of frozen? It would be nice to have space variant of the romulan disruptor weapons rewarded in the frozen mission in the freedom series.

Its called the rep system. Thats where you get Romulan disruptors.
On a side note , it would be nice to use the B'Rotlh skin at T5 -- preferably on the butt ugly Hoh'sus !!
I want to fly that ship , but I can't deal with the skeleton ugly .
an effort was made to make many parts of the game friendlier to cloaked ships! Yes, that?s right; we can now take steps to ensure that your First Officer doesn?t pull your ship out of cloak just to tell you that nothing can be found on the scanners. It?s a slow and involved process to make all the Klingon missions ?cloak friendly,? so give us some time. It?s one aspect of the game we will continue to improve upon in the future.
Finally KDF gets some more c-store ships all to themselves!

Regarding new KDF tutorial and early leveling missions, will lvl 50 toons be able to play though those missions?
I hope so, would like to get the Jackal combat pet for my main.

What are Romulan Disruptors?
I was under the impression that Romulans use plasma weapons.
I examined the Romulan Reputation weapons, both for ground and space, they're all based around plasma.
Therefore, based on this, I got the impression that Disruptor technology is not something they use.
And please tell me my cloak nightmare is over!
I won't dare cloak now because I'm tired of random event X decloaking me.
And this is both on Starfleet and KDF sides.
The thing I begged and pleaded with Cryptic to change was the BOFF megapopup screen.
I was tired of "mission status updates" breaking my gameplay.
I just wanted them to bring up little combat updates like you see when you're exploring the lower levels of Drozana.
I don't need a whole screen and a clickable button to know what is going on, especially in a combat map.
Especially when said screen is decloaking my ship.
My most infamous example was trying to sneak past a mogai escort in a cloaked fighter to get to the Vault.
BOFF: Look out! It's a Mogai!
<followed by decloaking and sudden death>
Plus, it's irksome trying to click an interact button and accidentally pulling up the "this is what you must do screen" in heated battle.
Or the screen that tells you the status of your optional objective when you're trying to push buttons on the pillars in the Infected Queen room in sync with your teammates.
But I don't know if they've changed that popup screen so you can stay cloaked when reading the text.
They should flag Cloak status like they do Combat status, not to be interuppted by popup screens!

I wonder if there will be anything KDF specific in the line of ships besides 2 new console ships...
I bet next lockbox is going to be iconian probe for feds or a tholian bird of prey for the kdf... and then a de-cloaked section of a scimitar for romulans (during the next 4 lockboxes once you collect all 4 you can craft a whole scimitar per character of course )
Do you have to re-roll your Klink to take this tutorial, or are ALL of the relevant missions going to show in the mission journal for all KDF toons?

You do have to make a new character to play the tutorial - just like with the Federation. You can do that on Tribble if you've got no character slots.
Other missions are available from the Episodes Tab (just like the first FED mission is the Azura Rescue). They even give you tutorial messages, even if you're lvl 50. For some reason though these missions cannot be skipped and you have to complete them in order.
Also, you should play the tutorial if only to know the context behind those new missions.

Do those have the Romulan sounds, or just the generic plasma weapon sounds? That really annoyed me in the weapons I got while testing on Tribble.
Infinite possibilities have implications that could not be completely understood if you turned this entire universe into a giant supercomputer.
Very promising, does this apply to the fed cloak?

I'd be happy to trade in one of my ships for a decent pair of boots...

I bought the Temporal Jumpsuit outfit from the Lobi Store just so my female KDF BOFFs could wear something other then those spiked boots!
The first mission for a Legacy KDF (one at max rank) is Duties of Command.
It says:
I don't know what the tutorial mission is, but to me, it sounds like Legacy KDF don't have access to it.
So, my guess is that you do have to reroll to play the tutorial.
