Crit% space broke many issues

-Space combat testing-

My Crit chance % rate is way lower then it should be for space. I'm getting about 10% for my Romulan beams and 13% for my Experimental Romulan beams. Papaerdoll shows 12.9%. Same as live although it should be 12.98% if I do the math or 13% rounded to the nearest 10th of a percent. Energy weapon specialization should add approx. another 1.98%. Total should actually be 14.96% for Rom beams and 20.96% for Experimental Rom beam. I do not have large sample sizes. However it is being fairly consistent in being quite a bit lower then it should be. Please look into this.

-Console Zero-point energy conduit-

The Zero point energy conduit is only giving 1.7% crit hit% instead of 1.8%. Explains why paperdoll is off by 0.1%. If this is a tooltip error on the console please indicate the correct amount. If the console tooltip is correct then please have it reflect properly on the paperdoll ship attack crit chance %.

-Accuracy-

And i'd still like to know if Accuracy does or does not add to your crit% rate as 1 tooltip says it does (skill Starship targeting Systems) and the other does not (paperdoll ship Attack Accuracy). Both tooltips say it adds to crit severity. Can we please update the tooltips so they both say the correct information. And please respond here to my question as to wether it does or does not add crit H % or not. Well based on targets defense and your accuracy of course. Also if it does effect your crit Hit % does this also mean that defense lowers your crit hit%.

accuracy that is over targets defense adds to crit% and crit severity. it's a dynamic bonus dependent on targets defense, speed, and other modifiers that may be in play, as well as additional modifiers you may have, not something you could really see since stats tend to update fairly slowly and may not include that particular bonus.

it is added in however, slowed or held targets you can watch crit rates jump compared to fast movers.

I'd rather have a dev respond to this as my previous sample sizes on holodeck of over 70,000 hits does not agree with what you just said. Using fleet weapons with [acc]x2 and having accuracy 25% on my paperdoll for 45% total accuracy and shooting stationary targets did not result in increased crit chance %. It is does however work as you suggested then one of the tooltips needs to be changed to indicate this.

what stationary targets? if ships, unless something was changed while i was elsewhere it would show an increase, anything else that is by design stationary, like borg structures...it won't, they have a high static defense which = you will only get a flat bonus.

chronotrons, gravwells, engines offline, tractor beams, warp plasma, power drains(engine), etc. can cause the high bleedover of accuracy. and consider this...the server can be somewhat slow in giving you that bonus. i've had times when it never kicked in...and others where it was near instant. when you grab a sphere in an elite with a tractor beam, and vaporize it in seconds...the probability of the bleedover being added in is high. not just once, but multiple times, and other times nothing changes. or your final volley kicks off crits.

then again, they could have screwed something up since the last time i played...but so far in the few weeks i've been back, it still seems to work as it always did.
