Missing Uniforms and Zen Store items

I transfered over one of my Federation characters and noticed somethings
All the Legacy unlocks in the Zen store are gone
The 'Seven of Nine' outfit is no longer available in the tailor
Even though I have bridge officers wearing it, they are removed from the character if I use the Tailor. They are not available as a preview either, they seem to be totally gone.
Is this intentional?
And is it going to be that way when Legacy of Romulus goes Live?
If so, what about these items that I paid for?

It will always be this way, on Tribble. your items are fine on Holodeck.
