UI: pvp queue filter options broken

Opening the PvP window, clicking on the little arrow and playing with options shows:
- selecting a region (ground only or space only) will still show both ground and space.
- selecting to show available matches will keep showing the queues itself, on holodeck this only shows the running matches and no queues.
Seems to me that both of those ui elements aren't working properly on tribble atm.
