HUD/UI - Singularity Status Window Outstaying Its Welcome

With the recent patch, I've noticed that my Singularity Status Window remains onscreen at all times, even while beaming onto New Romulus Command, even during loading screens, even at the character select screen and while other other characters, even at the log-in screen if you log out from the character select screen.

The only way I've been able to clear it is by restarting the client. The issue appears repeatable if I log onto my Romulan character.
