The Romulan commonwealth is a small but growing Federation allied Romulan fleet in its early stages.

We are governed by a small senate (currently 4 strong) with senators with responsibility for Science , Engineering and Tactical departments.
Members can join the senate by election by existing senators later on.

New members can either join NOW as a federation character (place holder) or after new romulus launches with a Romulan at the rank of Centurion or above.

Those joining today come in at the bottom rank (Romulan) able to donate to projects and so on.
Promotion to rank 2 citizen is automatic for contributing members (even 1 fleet credit gained).
Rank 3 (centurion) requires approval of senators OR being a Romulan character.
Ranks above that are earned by being a good Romulan not based on donations etc.

When we have fleet assets provisioned anyone centurion and above will be eligible to buy them.
But strictly "while stocks last".

hey my fleet should be your High Guard my fleet name is Imperial High Guard did your name come from a bit of Romulan and Gene Roddenberry Andromeda? it is how I came up with mine
