Really need more Doffs of different types. Any Ideas that could be implemented reasonably? Cite specific Star Trek instance this possible boff power was introduced?
Example: purple projectile weapons officer 1% chance a single torpedo will bypass shields and strike hull directly.
When the Klingons tried to take DS9 you know single torpedo blast right thru shields blowing a D7 apart.
Lyndon Brewer: 20% chance to capture enemy ship for 60 seconds on successful use of boarding party.
How about a Maintenance Engineer or Damage Control Engineer with a chance of full hull/shield heal on use of Engineering Team?

While sitting in my escape pod I had another good one. A doff that only works if your using phasers with a chance to beam tricobalt explosives on the hull if a facing shield is knocked offline.

A betazoid Counsoler with the ability to crash the ship (chance for double damage on "ramming speed", perhaps?)
A ferengi bartender who can disarm lodged torpedoes. (chance to instantly hull heal away damage taken from a torp)
A photonic doctor who can give a bonus to all tactical skills
...and I never watched enough Enterprise to make a suggestion based on that show.
