Bugs noticed on Tribble

I would like to submit the following bugs that I have found on Tribble of the testing weekend. I was using a female Romulan character that is allied with the Federation if that provides any necessary information.
The Undying mission- upon entering the stronghold of Hassan and during the combat part the NPCs were moon jumping
Temporal Ambassador UI bug- taking the U.S.S. Enterprise C out of the Tholian base the UI on screen that shows the diagram of the ship and the ship name underneath shows RRW followed by a random ship name instead of the Enterprise.
Cloaked and Dagger mission- at the part of freeing the Romulan NPCs my boffs kept getting stuck in various places, including the fountain that is there. Often when entering combat my boffs were left behind.
the D'deridex tier 4 Warbird has 4 bridge officer stations, in sector space the Lieutenant Science Station is missing on the UI however, the two Eng and 1 Tac slots show up. When entering a system the UI shows all the stations properly (ticket ID #40,903).
cut scene issues from lag- I have noticed there is a lot of lag on Tribble and during cut scenes it shows blackness then the environment appears slowly or if it is a npc talking their eye balls would appear first then there head a second or two later.
Scorpion Fighters item from the Vault- since yesterdays patch they can now be placed on Romulan Warbirds, however, the description shows red and Warbirds are not listed in the item description that the item can be equipped to those ships.
Furthermore, twice on Tribble when I tried to submit bug reports and clicked submit an error showed up saying that the ticket could not be submitted and to try again later (I think this is a known issue). How do we send a bug ticket about the bug ticket system? :P
