Right, this is my first time doing this, so bear with me. I apologize if this isn't where this is supposed to go.
Character Select Screen
-Jem'Hadar bridge officer had trouble loading skin textures
-Romulan bridge officers did not appear; intentional?
Character Creation
-Hairstyles would sometimes not properly display when moused over from the quick access menu
Tutorial
-Framerate issues during the shuttle departure cutscene
Crossroads at Crateris
-Some NPCs (such as the Centurion near where you beam down) spoke with quotations
Khitomer Conference
-Carpet in the Hall of Conquest clips through the floor
-Mapping issues in the cutscene where the player character walks around Sela; player character just sort of stops in front of her for a while
Smash and Grab/Tradecraft
-I.R.W. Aethra had difficulty loading textures; wings and nacelles were pure white
Enemy Action
-The Subcommander you "outrank" still refers to you as "Centurion"
Cloak and Dagger
-Bridge officers got stuck in fountain
-Commander at the end refers to female captains and her bridge officers as "this traitor and his friends"
I also cannot remember the name of the mission, but it's the one where you are defending a space station from Elachi forces. When you are saving the Romulan engineers on board, they will sometimes declare "Oh no their going to get me!" which is a fairly noticeable grammatical error, but not really a bug per se. I hope this was helpful!
