Beam to Romulus command Centre

All through the progression we have had the option to beam to the command Centre from orbit, but when we get to VA rank we have to beam to the surface and walk to the front door :(

Please give us the beam down to command centre option from orbit back!
Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    I am calling it "bug"

    Once you beam down and listen to another pontificating sermon from the Sewer Rat, that option returns once you get back in orbit.

    It is however very confusing as a player.
