Let us Cancel "Exchange Nukara X for Marks" Projects

I was testing on Tribble and wanted to exchange the two pieces of Nukara unleveled set for Marks. HOWEVER, I accidentally queued the wrong thing (OOPS!) and now I can't cancel this rep mission. Besides the fact that now I cant complete this, this has a worse effect: If someone accidentally queues one of these assignments and does not have the item: they cannot progress their reputation any further as it blocks Reptutation upgrade assignments.

Fix please?

    We've long been missing the ability to cancel ALL projects.

    Cryptic has promissed a cancel option for LoR, but I guess, looking at Tribble, we won't be getting that yet.

    I remember asking this particularly in terms of the old Crystalline suit exchange/register stuff - http://sto-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=9198091&postcount=52

    But since these projects are nowhere to be seen as well one has to assume it's all not yet ready for implementation.
