Hey Devs! This is my first feedback post on STO as I am quite new to the game, but here goes. Please also note this is playing a Romulan from a Federation perspective.
General bugs etc
I have noticed that bridge officer stations often reset themselves after visiting the bridge of your ship.
Cannons are often greyed out and unusable while Cannon: Rapid Fire is active, even when the target is right in front of me.
T'liss Light Warbird animates a single cannon shot, even when dual cannons are equipped.
Mission bugs/errors etc
Gasko Blues
The tooltip for Hiven boff reward in the rewards window shows him being an engineering officers when he is clearly a Science officer.
The station commander is attackable before you start dialogue with him. If you kill him before talking to him, you have to leave phase and re enter.
Spectres Episode List
I don't know if this is intended but the first episode states you need to be rank 35, but the second episode and every one thereafter, requires you to be rank 11, 12, 13 respectively.
Cloak and Dagger
Away team gets stuck behind a lot of objects - ie posts, debris, walls etc.
Blind Men Tell all Tales
During assault on the stronghold when freeing prisoners - Away team often get either stuck in the walls of the cells, or refuse to leave the cell with me when I exit.
I didn't pick up anything else really, and sorry there isn't more.
First off, love love LOVE LoR. It's fresh, its' new, and if this is a only a taste of what the content creation team can do.. geez.. wow. Can't wait for the future!

General bugs:
BOFFs get stuck on some the new maps really, really, really, really easily. A specific instance would be Nimbus III (Gorn Canyon, control room, prison cells [BOFFs get stuck in walls upon exit], Hassan's club, ruins, everywhere except the wide-open desert) and an example I can't remember specifically is the planet with ****SPOILER ALERT**** thalaron bomb. That was annoyingly easy to get BOFFs caught onpeices of wood, rock, foundtain, anything, but super-glad we get to catch it before it goes to holodeck!
Animation bugs:
Level where ***SPOILER ALERT**** you "shoot" the federation captives with the teleporter gun... animation cut scenes were all messed up. Couldn't see gunshot, person running, etc.
Other than these few minor things, loving the game and where's it's going. The ****SPOILER ALERT**** in-atmosphere Rhi map was jaw-dropping.
